Putting a password on a Folder without any application

First Up, right click on the directory where you want to put your folder. click "text document" inside it paste this:

NOTE: change the "XXXXXX" 2 ur desired passphrase

then save it,

Another NOTE: make it locker.bat(filename), save as then at the bottom make it "all files"

here's what happens:
if you double click it puff a folder named "private"
double click it again , type "y" then enter
